Shift with Grace is a service-based business offering life coaching sessions, digital resources, and online programs. As such, we do not ship any physical goods.

All purchases are fulfilled digitally and/or delivered via virtual platforms (e.g. Zoom, email, or downloadable files). Customers will receive access details or downloadable content immediately upon purchase or via email within the stated delivery timeframe for each product or service.
