I’ve worked at the sharp end of burnout — personally and professionally

Before coaching, I worked in ICU nursing, where the cost of prolonged stress is impossible to ignore.
I saw how constant demand accumulates in the nervous system — and experienced it myself through high-functioning burnout.

That experience informs everything about how I work. Stress isn’t a mindset problem to override; it accumulates and requires a different kind of support. I understand this deeply because I’ve worked with it where the stakes were real.

I work at the level most people never get to

Most support focuses on behaviour — habits, mindset, productivity. I work underneath that, with the patterns that decide how someone responds before they even realise they’re reacting.

This is why people often come to me after trying everything else.
Not because they didn’t try hard enough — but because no one helped them interrupt the pattern driving the overwhelm in the first place.

My work attracts people who carry responsibility

I’m increasingly sought out by people who carry a lot — emotionally, mentally, and professionally. My work sits at the intersection of wellbeing, performance, and burnout prevention, where those things need to coexist rather than compete.

That includes 1:1 coaching with individuals, leadership support, and professional environments that want sustainable performance instead of short-term output.
People come to me because they’re capable, relied on, and done paying for it with their nervous system.

Grounded, ethical, and led with integrity

I’m a certified life coach with formal training in professional coaching practice, and I work within clear scope, ethics, and structure. I’m professionally indemnity insured and intentional about how support is delivered.

I don’t overpromise, rush change, or create dependency. My work is designed to create real shifts — and to leave people more resourced, not more reliant.
