I’m Grace — a certified life coach, a person who’s lived through burnout, and someone who knows how heavy it feels to keep it all together. I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to walk with you as you learn to live a little softer — with boundaries that protect your peace, and support that actually meets you where you are. How This Creates Change

Somatic coaching works directly with how your nervous system responds under pressure — not just what you think about it. In sessions, we:

  • Identify the stress patterns your body uses (fight, flight, freeze, fawn)
  • Shift state in real time so you can respond instead of react
  • Translate insight into practical, usable change in daily life

This is a trauma-informed, consent-led space. You set the pace; I hold the structure.

Most people book this session because coping strategies aren’t creating lasting change. In 60 minutes, we get clear on what’s driving the pattern, work directly with the nervous system response underneath it, and choose a small number of targeted tools that you can apply immediately.

You’ll leave with clarity, language for what’s really going on, and a practical next step — not a pep talk or a long list of homework.

For many clients, yes. One focused session is often enough to create a noticeable shift — especially when the goal is to interrupt a repeating pattern and get clear on what’s actually driving it.

If ongoing support would be helpful, we’ll talk about that at the end. If not, you’ll still leave with tools and insight you can use immediately.

Who This Helps

Yes. Most clients are new to coaching. You don’t need the right words or a perfectly clear goal — I guide the session with structure and prompts so we can get to what matters quickly, without forcing anything.

That’s very common. Most clients feel unsure at the start — and still experience a shift once we work with what the nervous system is actually doing, not just what the mind is saying.

You’re welcome to join with camera off, take pauses, and go at a pace that’s both safe and effective. My practice is trauma-informed and proudly neurodivergent, disabled & queer-friendly.
