Return & Refund Policy

At Shift with Grace, we aim to offer services and resources that are intentional, supportive, and clearly communicated. This Return & Refund Policy outlines our approach to refunds, rescheduling, and cancellations in alignment with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

By booking a session, purchasing a digital product, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Digital Products

All digital products — including downloadable guides, planners, journals, and PDF toolkits — are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital goods, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or accessed.

Please ensure you read the product descriptions carefully before purchase. If you encounter any issues accessing your files, please contact us at hello@shiftwithgrace.com.au and we’ll assist you promptly.


2. Coaching Services

This is a one-time 10-minute complimentary phone call.
If you do not attend or answer at the scheduled time, your opportunity to rebook may be forfeited.

🌿 Paid Coaching Sessions
This includes all 1:1 services, including the Soft Life Sampler and The Soft Life Shift™ program.

Session bookings are your responsibility. You must attend all sessions within the agreed timeframe.
For The Soft Life Shift™ 6-week program, your six sessions are designed to be completed within a 6-week period from your first session.

You may schedule one session per week. Skipped or missed weeks may result in forfeited sessions unless otherwise agreed upon.

⏳ Life Happens Clause
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. At our discretion, we may offer flexibility to extend your program duration by 1–2 weeks in the event of illness, emergency, or other legitimate disruptions. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis and must be communicated proactively. Continued delays may result in the program being marked as complete.

Cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours before your session time.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Once a coaching package has commenced (i.e., your first session has been delivered), we do not offer refunds for used or unused sessions.

✨ Cooling-Off Period
If you enrol in The Soft Life Shift™ and change your mind, you may request a full refund within 3 days of purchase, provided no sessions have taken place.
To request a cancellation under this policy, email hello@shiftwithgrace.com.au within 72 hours of your purchase confirmation.


3. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind after digital files have been accessed or once a coaching package has commenced (i.e., after your first session has been delivered).

If a purchase was made in error or you accidentally purchased the same product twice, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll be happy to help.


4. Faulty or Inaccessible Products

If a digital file is corrupted, doesn’t download correctly, or is inaccessible, please notify us immediately and we will provide a corrected version or alternative access method at no additional cost.


5. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

This policy operates in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product or service that fails to meet consumer guarantees. If the failure is minor, we may choose to fix the issue instead.
