We identify what’s actually running the loop, work directly with your nervous system response, and leave you with a clear next step you can apply immediately.

We’ll start by getting specific about what’s happening (and what you’ve already tried). Then we work with the nervous system pattern underneath it — using simple, practical tools you can feel in your body, not just understand in your head. You’ll leave with:

• Clear language for what’s really going on
• 1–3 targeted tools matched to your nervous system
• A grounded “do this next” plan that fits your real life

No — this is coaching. Coaching is practical, forward-focused support designed to help you create change. We work with patterns, capacity, boundaries, and nervous system responses — without diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. If you’re currently working with a therapist, this can complement that work. If you need clinical support, I’ll encourage the right next step and can point you toward appropriate services.

Yes. I’m a certified life coach with formal training in professional coaching practice, and I’m professionally indemnity insured for coaching services. I work with clear scope, strong ethics, and a structured approach — so you feel held and guided.

Yes. Many of my clients are neurodivergent (including ADHD, autism, sensory sensitivities and well versed in high-masking fatigue). Sessions are paced, clear, and collaborative. You can ask for more structure, less talking, more directness, breaks, camera off — whatever helps your system work best. The goal is effectiveness without forcing you to perform.
