The clients I work with are fine on paper. Targets hit, deadlines met, the reliable one everyone leans on. Underneath that competence is sustained depletion, and because the outside still looks intact, the inside keeps absorbing the cost.
Generic burnout advice was written for visible exhaustion. The exhaustion you're carrying lives somewhere harder to reach: inside deadlines, under capability, beneath the responsibilities people don't see you holding. Mindset reframes, app-based meditation, and another book about boundaries cannot meet it where it actually sits.
What burnout needs is a strategist. Someone who maps the pattern underneath, finds the leverage point, and gives you something structural to change — built for your real-life capacity. That's the work I do.
