Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 May 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Shift With Grace® website (shiftwithgrace.com.au), the services we provide, and the products we sell. By using the website, booking a session, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
In these Terms, "Shift With Grace", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the business operated by Grace, founder of Shift With Grace, based in Brisbane, Australia. "You" refers to the person accessing the site, booking a session, or purchasing a product.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book a session, purchase a product, or otherwise use the services. By proceeding, you confirm you meet this requirement.
2. What we offer
Shift With Grace provides:
- The One-Hour Shift — a paid 1:1 burnout strategy session delivered via Zoom, structured using the S.H.I.F.T. Method™
- Digital products — downloadable resources, audits, and guides
- Free resources — opt-in lead magnets and educational content
Services are delivered as described at the point of booking or purchase.
Important. While Grace's professional background includes intensive care nursing, Shift With Grace is a burnout strategy service, not a clinical or nursing service. The work is educational and non-clinical and is not therapy, counselling, medical care, mental health treatment, or psychological advice. It does not replace care from your GP, psychologist, psychiatrist, or other qualified health professional. If you are experiencing crisis, distress, or require medical or psychological support, contact your GP, a qualified mental health professional, Lifeline (13 11 14 in Australia), or emergency services (000).
3. Bookings and payment
Sessions are booked through the website using Cowlendar. Payments are processed through Shopify Payments and Stripe. We do not see or store full payment card details.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
By booking or purchasing, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and payment information
- Pay the amount displayed at checkout
- Comply with the rescheduling and refund policy below
4. Rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds
The One-Hour Shift. You may reschedule your session free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the start time are forfeited. No-shows are forfeited.
Digital products. Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are not available once the product has been delivered or accessed.
Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a service or product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or other remedy as required by law. To raise a concern, email hello@shiftwithgrace.com.au.
Our right to reschedule. We may need to reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, technical failure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In those cases, you will be offered a new time at no additional cost.
5. Your acknowledgement
By booking a session or purchasing a product, you acknowledge that:
-
Burnout strategy work can surface difficult emotions, realisations, memories, or insights. Emotional response is a foreseeable and often necessary part of the process.
-
You are responsible for maintaining your own physical, medical, and mental health care alongside our work. You will continue to consult your GP, psychologist, psychiatrist, or other qualified health professional as appropriate for your circumstances.
-
You will seek immediate professional support — including your GP, a qualified mental health professional, Lifeline (13 11 14), or emergency services (000) — if at any time during or after a session you experience significant distress, crisis, or risk of harm to yourself or another person.
-
Shift With Grace will exercise reasonable care and skill in delivering services, drawing on professional experience, current best practice, and ethical standards relevant to this work.
-
Outcomes from the work depend on your individual circumstances, your application of the work, and factors outside our control. Specific results are not guaranteed.
-
To the extent permitted by law, and except where caused by our negligence or a breach of consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, Shift With Grace is not liable for emotional reactions, distress, or psychological outcomes experienced during or after a session.
6. Confidentiality
What you share during a session is confidential. We will not disclose it without your consent, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of serious harm to you or another person.
Sessions are not recorded by us. You may not record a session — audio, video, screen capture, or otherwise — without our prior written consent.
