This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through shiftwithgrace.com.au (the "Site"). Shift With Grace® does not ship physical goods. Purchases made through the Site are delivered digitally — through downloadable files, email, or virtual session links.

Engagements arranged outside the Site (such as in-person speaking, workshops, corporate sessions, or bespoke consultations) are delivered under the terms of the specific agreement for that engagement and are not covered by this policy.

1. Digital products

Digital products — including audits, guides, toolkits, and downloads — are delivered by email immediately after purchase. The confirmation email contains your download link.

Email delivery is usually immediate, but can occasionally be delayed by spam filters, mail server issues, or other email infrastructure factors outside our control. If your download link has not arrived within 30 minutes of purchase, please:

  1. Check your spam, promotions, or junk folder
  2. Confirm the email address used at checkout is correct
  3. Email hello@shiftwithgrace.com.au with your order number

Once you notify us, we will resend the link, provide alternative access, or correct the issue at no charge.

2. Sessions and bookings

When you book a session (such as The One-Hour Shift), you will receive:

  1. A booking confirmation from grace@shiftwithgrace.com.au or Cowlendar with your scheduled date and time
  2. A Zoom link for your session, sent ahead of the scheduled start time
  3. Any pre-session intake material we ask you to complete

If you have not received a booking confirmation within 30 minutes of booking, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us at hello@shiftwithgrace.com.au.

3. Delivery issues

If a digital product or session link does not arrive as expected, email hello@shiftwithgrace.com.au with your order number or booking reference. We will resend the link or provide alternative access at no charge.
